Gummy Cooker
Commercial gummy cooker for repeatable production
Key Features
- 26.4 U.S. gal / 100 L vessel — commercial capacity for gummy, candy and liquid confectionery preparation
- Jacketed heat-transfer system — 6.24 sq ft / 0.58 m² heating area; QC320 is the specified heat-transfer oil grade
- 9 kW electrical rating — documented power rating for this 100L configuration
- High-shear processing capability — supports intensive ingredient blending during sugar-based and liquid confectionery batching
- PTFE wall-scraping elements — help keep product moving along the vessel surface during agitation
- 46 rpm agitator speed — standard mixer speed for the documented configuration
- Up to 180° vessel tilt — handwheel-operated rotation supports controlled batch discharge and transfer

Built for commercial gummy production
Commercial gummy batch cooking in a dedicated 100L jacketed system. The Gummy Molds 100L Commercial Gummy Cooker combines controlled jacket heating, active mixing, vessel-wall scraping, high-shear processing and manual tilt discharge in one mobile platform. Its 26.4 U.S. gal (100 L) vessel gives growing confectionery producers substantially more batch capacity than tabletop or pilot-scale equipment.
Built for Gummy Production
The 100L cooker is designed for the heated batch-preparation stage before depositing. It can be used for sugar melting and liquid confectionery cooking while the mixer, scraper system and high-shear function keep the batch moving through processing. Once the batch is ready, the vessel can be tilted for transfer into the next stage of production.
Who the 100L Size Fits
This size is intended for growing commercial producers that need more cooking capacity than small-batch equipment without moving immediately into a 300L or 500L vessel. Supply voltage and phase are finalized during order review so the machine configuration can be matched to the installation requirements.

Build the Production Line
Pair the cooker with commercial gummy depositors, commercial gummy molds, and other confectionery production equipment to build a complete gummy manufacturing workflow.
Choose the Right Cooker Capacity
The 100L model is the smallest cooker in the current Gummy Molds range. Larger cooker sizes are intended for higher-volume batch production and will be documented individually so electrical, dimensional and operating specifications are not assumed across models. Browse commercial gummy cookers and kettles to compare available capacities.
Shipping & LTL Freight
Free standard LTL freight is included to eligible commercial addresses within the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Standard freight service is based on normal commercial delivery conditions with suitable truck access and receiving capability.
Additional carrier charges may apply for residential delivery, liftgate service, inside delivery, limited-access locations, remote or extended-service areas, re-delivery, storage, appointment or special-handling requirements, and other non-standard accessorial services. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international destinations, and expedited freight are quoted separately.
The receiving location is responsible for providing safe carrier access and suitable unloading capability unless additional delivery services are arranged in advance.
